Former Board Member of Nigeria Football Federation NFF, Alhaji Mohammed Alkali has been re-elected as Chairman Nasarawa State Football Association for another Four years.

The Election was held in Garaku, Kokona Local Government Area of Nasarawa State, saw Mohamed Alkali been declared winner after gaining Ten votes while his closest opponent, Haliru Ibrahim secured Six votes as one vote was void.

Haledu Akwashiki returned as the Vice Chairman of the Association with other Board Members from the Three Senatorial Zones of the state respectively.

In his Acceptance Speech, Alhaji Mohammed Alkali maintained that one of his target is to make the State the hub of football in Nigeria noting that he will also run an all inclusive administration.

Mr Haliru Ibrahim who contested with Mohammed Alkali congratulated him for the Victory.
