Veteran Hausa Drama Actor Samanja is Dead
Veteran Hausa Drama actor Usman Baba Fategi ‘Samanja’ is dead.
Samanja died on Sunday morning at a hospital in Kaduna during a prolonged illness.
The deceased was a former soldier in the Nigerian army and also worked with Radio Nigeria, Kaduna.
Samanja died at the aged of 81 and was survived by two wives and 14 children.
He has since been in Kaduna according to Islamic rites.
