Breaking: Appeal Court sacks Nasarawa Speaker
The Speaker of Nasarawa State House of Assembly, and member representing Umaisha/Ugya State Constituency on the platform of All Progressives Congress ( APC)Rt. Hon. Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, has been sacked by the Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja.
In a ruling on Tuesday, the Court dismissed the Speaker, declaring Hon. Sa’ad Abdullahi Ibrahim of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) as the legitimate winner of the March 18, 2023, election for the Umaisha/Ugya State Constituency.
