Governor Commended Media in Creating a Peaceful Electoral Coverage

The media has been commended for its role in speaking out against acts of Injustice and upholding fairness in it’s coverage of elections matters.
Plateau state Governor, Caleb Mutfwang gave the commendation during an Interdenominational Thanksgiving service to celebrate his Victory at the polls and Reaffirmation at the Supreme Court, held at the Rwang Pam stadium, Jos.
Addressing the multitude that attended the interdenominational service ,Governor Caleb Mutfwang lauded the forth estate of the realm for demanding justice during the pendency of the various Court cases.
The Governor also lauded the judiciary for upholding the truth and people of the State for been remaining steadfast and resolute in prayers.
Earlier in a sermon, President of the Pentecostal Fellowhip of Nigeria PFN, Bishop Francis Oke prayed for restoration of the affliction that befell the state through the attitude of thanksgiving to God.
Former Governor of Plateau state Da Jonah Jang, his former counterpart in Adamawa, Boni Haruna, former military Governor of Plateau state Retired Major General Lawrence Onoja, the Gbong Gwom Jos, State CAN chairman, and counsel of the PDP at the supreme Court, Emeka Etiaba SAN all delivered their various Goodwill messages with most calling for support and prayers for the Governor to succeed.
Highpoint of the Interdenominational service were prayers offered for the Governor and his family,the president and his vice, peace and socio- economic development of state and Nation, victims ofg attacks and captives, insurgency, National and State Assemblies with musical ministrations by various artistes.
