PDP Governors Donates About 100 Million Naira For Victims Of Plateau Attack

One hundred million naira has been donated to the Plateau State Government as support for victims of the various attacks in the state.
The donation was from Governors under the Platform of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP.
The Governors made the donation when they paid a condolence visit on Governor Caleb Mutfwang at the Government House, Little Rayfeild, Jos
The visit was to condole with the Governor and the good people of the state who have come under attacks beginning from the one that occurred on Christmas Eve and the recent one that happened Mangu,the Governor’s local Government.
Speaking during the visit, leader of the delegation and Governor of Bauchi State, Bala Mohammed described the unabated attacks in the state as disturbing, hence the need for them to join hands in assisting the victims
Governor Mohammed reiterated the need for the establishment of state policing in order to checkmate the rising insecurity in the country.
Responding, Governor Caleb Mutfwang lauded the Governors for their show of love and brotherhood and attributed the neglect on security in the country to past administrations.
The Governor also identified lack of trust and unity as well as the non prosecution of culprits as one of the major factors that has contributed to the increase in the attacks
Governor’s present during the visit include those of Osun, Oyo, Edo Adamawa and Enugu States.
