Easter Messsge: Present Your Bodies As a Living Sacrifice to God

Living sacrificial lives in conformity with God’s Holy ordinance has been identify as panacea to spiritual impartation.
That was the central message by the Senior Pastor of the Church of Christ in Nations, COCIN Headquarters, Reverend Caleb Deme to commemorate the Easter celebrations, in Jos.
The resurrection of Christ from the death marks the beginning of new life for Christians as Christ paid in full, the supreme price for the attornment of sins.
Reading from the book of Matthew Chapter 28 :1, Pastor Deme explained that by the risen of Christ from the death he has destroyed the works of Satan through the power of resurrection, hence the need for believers to re- dedicate themselves to service of God and humanity.
The cleric urged the congregation to emulate sacrifices of Christ in their daily endeavours and remain steadfast in fellowship with him.In his good will message of Easter, the Plateau State Governor Caleb Mutfwang enjoined religious bodies on the need to show love to one another and to trust, hope and believe in the risen Christ as means to overcoming trials and tribulations.
The Governor also stressed the need to work together not only for spirituality but advised people to aslo engage in different forms of Agricultural activities towards addressing issues of food security.
He sued for peace, love, tolerance and understanding as key to sustainable development in the state and Nigeria as a country.
