NUMTEN promises to tackle unstable market prices

The President of National Union of Market Traders Employers of Nigeria (NUMTEN) Comrade James Ogu has promised to tackle unstable market prices, incessant loos of properties in the the market as a result of inferno.
He stated this at the media chat with newsmen at the Lanour House Abuja.
Comrade Ogu said most of the fire outbreaks have been attributed to inferior building materials and negligence on the part of the traders.
The President said NUMTEN as a trade union would partner other unions to restructure the markets in the country.
He maintained that the union would fight for the rights of market traders under the renewed hope agenda of the present admjnistration.
Comrade Ogu explained that the union would unify market traders and provide a conducive environment for trading.
According to him, the union would unite traders and prevent victimization of its members across the Country.
