Tijaniyya movement holds special prayer for President Tinubu’s administration

The Tijaniyya Movement in Nigeria has held a special prayer today for the success of President Tinubu’s administration.
Led by Shaikh Mahi Ibrahim Nyas, the current head of the movement, the prayer took place at the State House Mosque in Abuja, where members of the movement joined the president for Juma’ah prayers.
Shaikh Mahi Ibrahim Nyas succeeded the late Shaikh Ibrahim Nyas, continuing the legacy of spiritual leadership within the movement.
Speaking to the press, Shaikh Mahi, who is also the President of the African Islamic Union, shared that visiting Nigeria and praying for the country’s security and economic prosperity is part of his annual programme.
The Senegalese cleric praised President Tinubu as a patriotic and compassionate leader, deeply concerned with the welfare of Nigerians and the nation’s progress.
